Following the redevelopment of the area, new schools have recently opened. New schools include St Clare’s Catholic Primary School, Yarrabilba State School, and Yarrabilba State Secondary College. In addition, there is another secondary school planned to open in 2021.
Bus services currently connect Canungra and Yarrabilba. So this makes access to local adjoining areas easy. Also, it was announced in 2019 that new TransLink bus services will be provided to the area. This will align with the rail services at Loganlea and Beenleigh for access into Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Stores and Amenities
Yarrabilba has conveniently placed shops and shopping districts. These include the soon-to-be-completed Yarrabilba Hotel, Coles Supermarket, IGA Supermarket, Caltex Service Station and Star Mart and McDonald’s. There are also a range of other professional services operating within the area.
