With a small population of 6,296 (2021 Census) the small suburb of Fitzgibbon sits, within its small triangular-bordered shape, full mostly of small private dwellings. This easy access to the Highway is another positive feature of property in Fitzgibbon, as driving an hour further north will have you at the stunning Sunshine Coast. Or turn off onto the Gateway Motorway and head south an hour and 10 minutes to arrive at the glitzy Gold Coast.
