Property Management for a ‘New’ Suburb

Separately gazetted from the suburb of Burpengary, the district of Burpengary East was only recently established in 2010.

So – in the scheme of places to live in South East Queensland with the services and amenities to make living and renting here attractive, the suburb of Burpengary East Qld is brand-spanking-new! At least, relatively speaking.

Feel your stress levels dropping as you travel away from the city and towards property options in this up and coming area.

Location

The Bruce Highway borders the suburb to the west, whilst the Caboolture River to the north-east and (little) Burpengary Creek flows through from west to east as a southern boundary. Both River and Creek ‘empty’ into the actual Deception Bay, while the suburb Deception Bay sits neighbourly to the south. With the Bay to the East, there is some areas of marshland along with grazing land by the Creek and River.

Types of Property

With a population of 6,433 (2016 Census) residential housing is prominent from some rural and less developed areas and smaller suburban blocks and larger rural residential blocks offer choice for size of dwellings. The population of this area is set to grow substantially, with around 200,000 people anticipated to move to the Moreton Bay area with tens of thousands of those set to add to the Burpengary East and parts of closeby surrounding areas.

The effect on real estate

With such a large anticipated population growth comes the provision of property development and property choices to boot. Residential property management is as necessary in this exciting area as anywhere else and Position One Property are pleased to have professional team members on location! The best property managers you’ll find in this South East Queensland market come from Position One Propery, so don’t hesitate to give us a call:

Its location only a 45 minute drive from both the Brisbane CBD and Brisbane Airport, and proximity to the glorious Sunshine Coast and stunning hinterland, prove motivation to call Burpengary East home.
