Over the next few weeks we will take a look at several Brisbane suburbs and analyse who is buying and renting in these areas. As a real estate in Brisbane we like to keep our finger on the pulse. It is important to us that we know we our market.
This week we are going to look at the demographics of our backyard….. Camp Hill.
Camp Hill suburb profile
Real estate in Brisbane is booming and Camp Hill is just one of many suburbs in the spotlight. This leafy suburb is 9km from the Brisbane CBD. A majority of our buyers and renters in Camp Hill are families, who are seeking easy access to popular local Schools, Carindale Shopping Centre, the city, and trendy coffee shops. If you are looking for a great coffee (this is a personal recommendation) in the area or an awesome smoothie why not duck into Ashton and Old. These guys serve up an amazing breakfast and there portion sizes are huge.
Like most people looking for real estate in Brisbane our buyers and tenants are looking for close proximity public transport. If you are a cricket fan Camp Hill provides close access to the the Gabba cricket ground; as an added bonus. Camp Hill also offers a great mix of elegant Queenslanders and modern homes.
Camp Hill is a great area for those looking for real estate in Brisbane as it is still seen as up and coming. It is a wonderful mix of families and professionals and offers a suburban lifestyle with a great mix of culture.
Position One Property’s head office is located in Camp Hill and we love the community feel of the area. Our owners and tenants have always provided positive feedback regarding the areas location and vibrancy. The central location of Camp Hill to the city is important to many of our tenants who work in the CBD, while our families enjoy the open spaces and access to community events.
