Our Story
Founded in 2001 by Luc Iovenitti, Position One Property began with a vision to redefine property management in Brisbane. With a focus on customer care, innovation, and professional service, Luc brought his extensive corporate experience and passion for excellence to the industry.
Position One Property has grown from its roots in Camp Hill to serve much of southeast Queensland. With a philosophy of empowering others and a commitment to lifelong learning, we’ve created a thriving business known for its team retention and outstanding service.
