She enjoys going to the beaches on North Stradbroke Island, fishing and bush walks.Having worked as a Senior Property Manager for several years, Tara joined the Position One team in 2014, bringing with her a wealth of local knowledge, enthusiasm and exceptional experience to her new career.Then moving across the road to manage fully furnished and unfurnished luxury, high-end properties. This quickly became Tara’s specialty and she was well recognised for her abilities in effectively managing this style of property and serviced high profile clients accordingly.Armed with a solid grounding of experience and a desire to move to the big smoke, Tara relocated to Brisbane to exclusively manage a small portfolio of absolute riverfront executive Newstead apartments.Within 12 months of commencing employment with the company, Tara’s passion, drive and ability ‘to get the job done’ and get it done right was acknowledged by management and she was promoted to the role of Leasing Consultant – a position specifically created for Tara. This position had her working directly alongside the Business Development Manager and she was responsible for the development and implementation of all leasing procedures within the office.With over 18 years experience within the property management industry, Tara commenced her career by undertaking a traineeship, assisting all facets of administration with a strong focus on Property Management within the busy office, which boasted a large portfolio.
