Position One Property took over my rental properties in Brisbane a few months ago. Sarah has worked tirelessly to get things back on track after some issues with the previous property manager. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, I have dealt with many property managers over the years and these guys are professional, responsive and effective.

Sarah is possibly the best property manager I’ve ever had. We have rented from her for about 5 years and always felt like we were respected. She is thoughtful, communicative and really cares about both the property owners and the tenants she deals with. She is highly professional and at the same time, so easy to deal with. Sarah is truly one of a kind.

My wife and I have been fortunate to have been renting from position one for the last 5 years or so. Sarah has been our property manager during that time and we have always felt cared for and respected. I wish we could have taken her with us to our next rental situation. Thanks to all at position one and we hope to cross paths with you in the future. Maybe as an owner next time.

I would like to take a moment to give a big thank you to Adineh, Senior Residential & Commercial Property Manager at Position One Property, for her excellent service and professionalism.
Adineh has always been very helpful, responsive, and professional whenever I have needed assistance. She communicates clearly, listens to concerns, and handles matters efficiently and respectfully.
As a tenant, having a property manager who is approachable, reliable, and genuinely helpful makes a big difference. I really appreciate the way Adineh manages the property and supports her tenants.
Thank you, Adineh, for your hard work and outstanding service. It is a pleasure having you as my property manager. I would definitely be happy to recommend her and Position One Property to others.

Exceptional One on One Personal Experience. Being a renter in this day and age where demand far exceeds supply is demoralising. When I attended the inspection for my rental, I immediately felt heard by Property Ones representative Kelly. Despite a lot of attendees, she took the time to answer everyone's questions. My main referee was on an overseas holiday. Unlike other Property Managers I've experienced who would simply scrap my application the second it got hard, Kelly worked with me and took the time to communicate with Dan who was in Vietnam. My move on process was so easy. Too easy loll. On move in day I was told the code to an access box. I assumed from experience this box would be outside Property Ones office. Nope. They had taken the time to put one on my front door. Since moving in, Kelly has continued to check in and attend to any queries I have. In 6.5yrs of living in Brisbane, through no fault of my own as a renter, this is my 11th move. I have never been treated this respectfully by any other Real Estate. Thankyou for helping to restore my sense of worth.

Excellent service with Emily. Emily was very responsive, even going out of her way to respond with gratitude even when it wasn't necessary. She was very patient and always sought after results for any questions or issues that arose. Would highly recommend to anyone
