A discussion of shopping in Brisbane’s general Eastern direction is not complete without an elaboration on the very popular Westfield Garden City – better known just as Garden City.
With almost 5000 car parking spaces and including the Garden City Bus Station and adjacent Upper Mt Gravatt Busway station, this is shopping accessibility at its best.
With various upgrades and additions since establishment in 1971, Garden City is home to all of the most popular major retailers including both Myer and David Jones, as well as the discount department stores, major grocery chains and also a cinema complex.
