“You may or may not be aware that we are building and have nearly completed another property located at Morayfield. We did speak to Pos One about Management, but understandably it is too far away for your business to effectively manage the property (MUCH TO OUR DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!).

Anyway…through Pivotal Homes, who is the construction company, we have been made this offer of management. Having dealt with Position One Property for some years now and been two hundred percent satisfied with your management skills, we are looking for some advise on the offerings mentioned in the attachment. If there is a fee with such a service, Rodney and I would be more than happy to pay.

But as we can’t have the best, we have to search for second best and feel that you would at least give a fair and honest appraisal of the offer.

We understand this may not be your role in the company but would more than appreciate some feedback from your management staff. The house is due for completion some time next month.

You are also able to maintain a balance between taking responsibility for day to day management and referring to us for confirmation on larger issues.
