Position One Brisbane Property Centre and brings with her 14
years in the Real Estate Industry.
Cathy is a licensed real estate agent whose passion has
always been with Property Management. Cathy brings with her
practical experience in all aspects of the day to running of
property management departments and is available at any time
to discuss the needs of all of our clients, owners &
tenants.
Cathy prides herself in the understanding that
‘communication is the key’ when it comes to the important
task of managing your investment!

Kerstin supports our dynamic and thriving
Sales Team and they unanimously agree they could not perform

quiet achiever – organizing tasks from complex property
marketing campaigns, liaising with solicitors and financiers
to overseeing the rigid “timeline” a Sales Contract
produces.
But it doesn’t stop there! Kirsten
has another role which she takes very seriously and that is
supervising our Maintenance Request section within our Property
Management division. Her diligence, tenacity and level headed
approach ensure that our tenants are looked after and happy
and our owners’ properties are well maintained.

banking industry, Majella joined the Position One team in
2001.
Through her working experience Majella
has gained a great understanding of property investor's
requirements as well as the expectations to all aspects of
property management.
Her role has been greatly varied between
property management, sales admin, accounts and day-to-day
running of the office her dedication and commitment to ensure
the best possible outcome ensure that your investment property
is taken care of.
Majella holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Property
Management and regularly attends professional development
programs to further her knowledge and keep her abreast of any
changes to legislation.
Majella was born and bred in Brisbane and takes an active
interest in the Brisbane Property Market
