I just wanted to take the time to thank you and your team for the fantastic customer service you provide.  We were lucky enough to stumble across your team as the property managers for our unit when we purchased it and I’m fairly confident that we have not had a single vacant day on that property from the day we purchased it (which was over 7 years ago now!).
 
The team at Position One are very proactive in ensuring the property is maintained and that leases are renewed with an appropriate (but not extortionate) rent increase.  You are also able to maintain a balance between taking responsibility for day to day management and referring to us for confirmation on larger issues.  Spencer and I have other investment properties (unfortunately not in Brisbane!) and they require significantly more investment of our time due to what I believe is poor property management and lack of communication by the real estate agents.
 
Given the trend these days towards lack of customer service, I just wanted to make sure great service is recognised!”

You may or may not be aware that we are building and have nearly completed another property located at Morayfield.  We did speak to Pos One about Management, but understandably it is too far away for your business to effectively manage the property (MUCH TO OUR DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!).

Anyway…through Pivotal Homes, who is the construction company, we have been made this offer of management. Having dealt with Position One for some years now and been two hundred percent satisfied with your managment skills, we are looking for some advise on the offereings mentioned in the attachment.  If there is a fee with such a service, Rodney and I would be more than happy to pay.

But as we can’t have the best, we have to search for second best and feel that you would at least give a fair and honest appraisal of the offer.

We understand this may not be your role in the company but would more than appreciate some feedback from your management staff.  The house is due for completion some time next month.
