Karen began her Property Management career in 1997 in a small suburban real estate office in Brisbane. After 2 years, she realized in order to create her vision of offering superior property management service she had to venture out on her own.

Renting a small 20sqm office, she began Position One Brisbane Property Centre with one staff member and one property to rent. Years down the track Karen has organically grown her property management company and employs a team of around 10 property managers.

Along with running her own Property Management business, Karen is an industry trainer. She has recently accepted a role with the REIQ as a committee member for the Property Management Chapter, a role she will relish in tandem with her focus on training “World Class” property managers. Karen also joined Leading Property Mangers of Australia as a further commitment to her belief in raising the standards of Property Management in Australia. She is also the Queensland representative for LPMA’s “Call a Colleague”

Kristin McRoberts

Kristin began her career in 2005 in the ranks of reception and worked her way quickly up the success ladder from assistant property manager to property manager within a few years. Being career driven, Kristin took it upon herself to obtain her full real estate license at the tender age of 21 and was sent to Melbourne in 2008 to open a real estate office.

Thankfully she returned home in 2009 to join the ranks of Position One.

Kristin loves the daily challenges that her role offers with attention to detail as her strong suit. That coupled with her love of communicating with her clients sees her customers coming back again and again.

Bronwyn Fletcher

Numerous years in the finance and business sectors have assisted Bronwyn in her dealings with the variety of clients at Position One. She has a genuine passion for helping people so her role as property manager allows her the opportunity to combine this with her love of property.

As a relative new-comer to the property industry, Chris has rapidly moved through the ranks to join our energetic property management team. After seven years in the motor vehicle industry Chris has a proven record in customer service and client relationship and has transposed those skills into seeking the best outcomes for our owners and tenants alike.

Chris started with us in 2010 in an administrative role and quickly displayed the necessary skills to be a successful property manager. As a property investor himself, Chris knows it’s personal service and attention to detail that sets property managers apart and he is willing to go that extra mile with enthusiasm and a smile on his face.

Majella O’Neill

After a long-standing career in the banking industry, Majella joined the Position One team in 2001.

Through her working experience Majella has gained a great understanding of property investor’s requirements as well as the expectations to all aspects of property management.

Her role has been greatly varied between property management, sales admin, accounts and day-to-day running of the office her dedication and commitment to ensure the best possible outcome ensure that your investment property is taken care of.

Majella holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Property Management and regularly attends professional development programs to further her knowledge and keep her abreast of any changes to legislation.

Majella was born and bred in Brisbane and takes an active interest in the Brisbane Property Market.

Karen has enjoyed a diverse career spanning the Royal Australian Air Force, the performing arts industry, finance and real estate. She has now happily returned to her first love, property management and to the ranks of Position One where she first trained as a property manager.

Possessing a strong work ethic, Karen involves herself in every aspect of the property management process, managing her day-to-day tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency. She believes communication is an essential element and strives to manage every property as if it were her own. It is this practice that ensures Karen provides hassle free management and peace of mind for her clients.

Highly motivated, Karen holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Property Management and continues to undertake professional training. As a result, she is up to date with all changes within the industry and able to work within the bounds of updated legislation.

Away from the office, Karen keeps busy renovating her own property, spending time in the garden and starting the day with a good coffee.

Lauren Robinson

After working in Sales and Marketing Lauren found her passion for real estate. She began her career in 2003 as the Director of Leasing where she was managing a team, she then moved into Property Management. Lauren spent over 7 years working for a successful property management office in Toowong where she was managing over 100 million dollars worth of residential assets. Lauren has won many awards in Property Management and Business Development and has now joined the Business Development department at Position One.

Being the owner of several properties she understands the needs and requirements of landlords. Lauren is currently completing her Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing.

Lauren’s years of experience as a Senior Property Manager along with her knowledge, commitment and strong communication skills will ensure she is someone you contact when you are looking for assistance and advice on the management of your property.

Luc Iovenitti started in real estate in 2003, after spending 8 years in custom stationery manufacturing for Plastics Australia then followed by 10 years in a fastpaced career in advertising with Yellow Pages Australia and Quest Newspapers.

During these life experiences Luc enjoyed the different challenges of working for many different companies from the corporate end of town to the small 1 person small business owner. Acutley aware of budgets in either advertising or manufacturing he achieved great results and established effective client/agent relationships.

Joining Position One in 2003, Luc joined the Sales division with the same energy. His in-depth knowledge of the Brisbane market and keeping up to date with residential market trends, rentals, property management, property development and investment makes Luc an important member of the Position One team.
